Are We Making Change One Workshop at a Time?

Proposed
Treaty workshops can be powerful moments — but do they create lasting change? In this session we’ll reflect on what impact actually looks like, how we measure it (formally or informally), and how we sustain change beyond a one-off session. Come ready to discuss how your workshops contribute to wider systems change, and whether “planting seeds” is enough.

Best suited to: Intermediate to experienced Treaty educators and facilitators who want to critically reflect on long-term impact.
Session outcome:
Participants will have:
• Reflected on different ways impact can be understood in Treaty education.
• Explored methods for sustaining change beyond a single workshop.
• Identified opportunities for influencing change at both individual and organisational levels.
