Challenges when Teaching Groups of Different Ethnicities
Proposed
Many workshops bring together people from different ethnic and cultural backgrounds — including Māori, tauiwi, and Tangata Tiriti from all over the globe. This session explores the tensions, opportunities, and responsibilities that arise when facilitating across those differences, especially within the context of honouring Te Tiriti.
Best suited for: Facilitators with some experience who are seeking to deepen their practice in culturally complex settings.
